Our firm offers legal services in the fields of corporate and securities laws, by an experienced, professional and high-quality legal team.
The firm is headed by Adv. and notary Hadar Udler, with over 20 years of experience in the fields of corporate and securities laws, and includes a team of professional and experienced lawyers, all of whom have served in legal departments of public companies with many legal needs. The legal team experience enables providing legal services based on deep understanding of the needs of the companies, their officers and shareholders, and the complexities that are sometimes involved in ongoing operations.

Hadar Udler, Adv

Hadar Udler, Adv. and Notary, is the founder and manager of the firm, with over 20 years of experience in the fields of corporate and securities laws. Adv. Udler (LLB, Tel Aviv University; Member of the Israeli Bar Association (1999)) previously served as a partner in the law firm of Goldfarb-Seligman, and held legal positions in public companies, including IDB Development Corporation Ltd., IDB Holding Corporation Ltd. and U. Dori Group Ltd. (currently: Amos Luzon Initiatives and Energy Ltd.), and served as a director in Elron Electronic Industries Ltd.

The combination of many years of professional experience – both in a large law firm and in public companies – enables Adv. Udler a broad, in-depth and unique legal and practical vision, while providing professional and high-level legal services
